Our cooperative takes a collaborative approach in working with our brewer and distiller partners to explore those traits; products made with our malt offer consumers compelling flavors of the Inland Northwest. Our offering includes both base and specialty craft malts, including multiple varietals of barley as well as unique cereals such as triticale and heritage grains.
